What We Cover

Our warranty takes care of any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the first 6 months after your purchase. Or the first 12 months in case of an optional extended warranty.

What’s Included

- Issues with the frame and fork due to materials or workmanship.

- Problems with components and accessories installed by us that are not the result of wear and use.

What’s Not Included

We want to be fair, but some things aren't covered by our warranty:

- Accidents, misuse, or neglect (like hitting curbs or potholes or other objects, or driving off curbs).

- Using the bike for activities it wasn't meant for (, jumping, commercial use).

- Normal wear and tear on the following items: tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cables, rims.

- Wheel alignment, trueing lateral & radial overtime.

- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chips).

- Modifications or alterations after you’ve bought the bike.

- Damage from improper maintenance or repairs by someone other than us.

- Damage due to not maintaining your bike according to our guidelines.

Your Maintenance Responsibilities

To keep your warranty valid, regular maintenance is key some examples :

- Keep tire pressure at the right level.

- Lubricate the chain and moving parts regularly.

- Bring the bike in for a professional check-up in time.

Skipping regular maintenance can void your warranty, so please take care of your bike!
